Michèle Sharon, LPC
I enjoy helping clients learn to integrate new ways of thinking to achieve greater satisfaction and balance; in life and in relationships. I focus on wellness for adults, couples, children, and adolescents. I specialize in integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Play, Art, Narrative, Multi-Cultural, Family, and Solution-Focused approaches. I offer ongoing workshops in Conflict Resolution, Creative Problem Solving, and Art Intervention. My goal is to teach clients, at whatever age and stage of development, how to become their own therapist. Together we work on your short, medium, and long-term goals for meaningful, lasting change.
I earned my Nursery Nursing Associates from Stevenson College, Edinburgh, Scotland; my BA Education from Simmons College, Boston; and, my MS in Counseling Psychology from Angelo State University, TX. I look forward to working with you, on your unique journey to recognize your full, creative potential.
