Is something holding you back from reaching your goals? Asking help is the most difficult step in achieving your goals. Help is here and I make it easy and comfortable. As a person-centered therapist, I am committed to joining with you as we navigate the difficulties that life and relationships can bring.
I work with teens, families, adults and children on issues like eating and body image distress, relationship building, life transitions, depression, anxiety, sexuality, grief, and trauma. I collaborate with you in a healing therapy relationship where you feel heard and understood, and your needs are met.
I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling, as well as a graduate certificate in Addiction Treatment. I enjoy connecting with clients and helping them make important change in difficult areas of life.
The counseling process for me is full of hope, growth, and positive goal setting. Asking for help may be difficult, but receiving help can be life changing.
