I work great with...

  • Teens, young adults, and adults struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image distress.
  • People undergoing life transitions and exploring cultural identity.
  • High achievers and people pleasers looking to find more balance and peace within themselves and their lives.
  • Those who are looking for a space to develop insight and awareness of how their maladaptive coping strategies are keeping them “stuck” and together figuring out ways to get “unstuck”.
  • Anyone who is simply curious to learn more about themselves and needing gentle guidance and support along the way!

Style & Approach

Clients describe me as warm, attuned, perceptive, and forthright with a touch of dry humor. I’m known for meeting clients where they are at, while still providing a gentle nudge in the direction of their values-based life. My goal is never to change you, but to help you live the full and vibrant life that you deserve–even when it’s difficult to envision.

Some of the approaches I Use...

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
  • Self-Compassion
  • Strengths-Based
  • Exploration of thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationship patterns
  • Supportive Reflection
  • Client-Centered Care
  • Trauma-Informed Care
  • Anti-Diet Approach
  • Intuitive Eating
  • Collaborative Goal Setting

Fun Facts

My favorite animal is the cat (any and all).

Relaxing for me is all about reading a good book with a cup of coffee and one (or more) of my three cats in tow.

My favorite outdoor activity is aimlessly walking around big cities and discovering hidden gems.

Self-care for me is getting lots of sleep and enjoying a home-cooked meal.

The best Saturday afternoon includes almond croissants, farmers markets, and museums.
