I work great with...
- Clients in larger bodies who want to be their most authentic self in a society that attaches health and worthiness to weight.
- Teens and young adults looking for a deeper understanding of their true self and developing self-compassion.
- People struggling with self-esteem and perfectionism.
- Young adults who find themselves questioning every move and feel it’s difficult to trust their intuition.
- People who struggle with rigidity who would like to find flexibility in their day to day.
Style & Approach
My approach to therapy is to meet my clients where they are at and to move at a pace that feels safe for them. I take a client-centered approach to therapy and believe that it is a collaborative effort between both client and therapist. I encourage clients to look introspectively and teach healthy coping mechanisms that are unique to each individual's needs. I offer a warm and inviting environment that is free of judgment. I am conversational and compassionate, and can be direct when needed. No matter where you may be in your healing, I am here to support you

Fun Facts
Relaxing for me is all about hanging out with my dog, Finn, taking naps, and reading a good book.
My favorite outdoor activity is anything in the water! You can find me swimming, paddleboarding, floating the river, wave surfing in the ocean, and laying out on a float during my free time!
I get way too excited about shows on BRAVO, new socks, and heated blankets.
Self-care for me is sleeping in, making a good breakfast, and going for a walk while listening to my current audiobook or favorite songs.
My favorite Austin activity is walking around Lady Bird Lake with friends and taking my dog to Barkin’ Springs.
