I work great with...

  • Clients who are ready to engage in their own personal growth journey, knowing you’ll have my full support every step of the way.
  • Those open to exploring the connection between body, emotions, and thoughts, I’m here to help you bring it all together in a way that feels healing and empowering.
  • Anyone who’s ready to release old patterns that no longer serve them and focus on building a life that truly feels meaningful and fulfilling.
  • Clients willing to look within, with courage and curiosity, as we uncover your unique strengths and work toward a life that feels deeply satisfying and authentic.
  • Those who want to create a sense of well-being that’s truly yours and are ready to put in the effort to nurture and grow it. I’m here to help you cultivate a foundation that will support you throughout your life.

Style & Approach

With many years of life experience informing my work before becoming a therapist, I bring a seasoned, compassionate approach, guided by the belief that each person deserves a fulfilling and meaningful life. My goal is to offer a supportive space where adults and young adults can explore their challenges with a fresh perspective, uncovering new ways to cope with life’s stresses and setbacks. Together, we’ll take an honest look at your concerns, work through obstacles, and build on your strengths so that you feel empowered to move toward the life you truly desire.

I’m passionate about helping clients who are eager to get the most out of their therapy experience and are open to trying new approaches. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, or navigating life transitions, I’m here to guide you in exploring your inner resilience and developing tools that fit your unique needs and aspirations. My style is warm, open, and collaborative, and I deeply value my clients’ trust in me as we embark on this transformative journey together.

Some of the approaches I Use...

  • Client-centered
  • Mindfulness
  • CBT & DBT (Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Theories)
  • Solution-focused
  • Relational
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Fun Facts

Relaxing for me is all about calm, peaceful surroundings whether inside or out and long, deep breaths of clean air.

My favorite outdoor activities are gardening and cool, shaded walks.

I get way too excited about…animated films.  I wanted to be an animator when I was a kid.

Self-care for me is meditation, cooking and sharing good food, gardening and sharing its bounties, watching movies, reading a good story.

I love learning about the human experience and what makes us all tick.

For me, creativity is in what I do with my home and garden, sometimes even in what I wear.

I feel calm and content when meditating,  listening to natural sounds like rain and distant thunder or a stream running its course.

My favorite quote is, “Life is not measured by the number of moments you live but by the moments that take your breath away.”
