I have the gift of compassion and I truly understand what it is like to go through overwhelming struggles and intense emotions. When you work with me, you can expect a counselor who is kind, non-judgmental and creative. I will gently challenge you on your path to wellness in mind, body and spirit.
As a deeply authentic counselor, I share my love of creative activities like music, art, writing and meditation with clients as a tool for exploration and to enhance your coping skills.
My specialties are mindfulness, meditation, art therapy, therapeutic journaling, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. If you are wondering what some of these are, don’t worry, I will teach you and we can find the treatment that you like the most.
My goal is to help you help yourself. For the student to become the teacher.

I love Austin and thrive in the creative community with folks like you. When I’m not seeing clients, I love snuggling with my dog, running on the trail, reading, crafting and being in nature.
