I work great with...

  • Figuring out life’s next chapter? Whether you’re starting or ending a relationship, changing careers, becoming a new parent, or simply reassessing what really matters to you, I’m here to help you navigate the twists and turns.

  • Feeling stuck in stress, anxiety, or overwhelm? If life feels heavy and you’re struggling to cope, we’ll work together to build tools that help you move forward with more ease and confidence.

  • Exploring your identity? Whether you’re questioning, curious, or a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I provide a supportive space for identity exploration, coming out, and navigating relationships.

  • Young adult in the middle of figuring it all out? If you’re in that phase of life where you’re discovering who you are and who you want to become, we’ll explore that together in a way that feels empowering.

  • Tired of chasing perfection and putting yourself last? If self-criticism and people-pleasing are running the show, we’ll work on breaking free from those patterns and learning to prioritize yourself—without the guilt.

  • Want to heal past relationship wounds and create healthier connections? Together, we’ll unpack your relational history, shift unhelpful narratives, and build the kind of relationships that feel safe, fulfilling, and true to you.

Style & Approach

The way we see ourselves is shaped by the stories we’ve been told—by family, culture, and even ourselves. Some of those stories lift us up, while others hold us back. In our work together, we’ll uncover the narratives that no longer serve you and explore what kind of life you truly want. Therapy isn’t just about talking through challenges—it’s about getting to the emotional core of where those struggles began. Real healing happens when we allow ourselves to fully feel our emotions, not just analyze them.

I strive to create a space that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and genuinely supportive—a place where you can bring your full, authentic self. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, meaning we’ll work together to explore your thoughts, emotions, values, biases, blind spots, and everything in between. You set the pace, and I’ll meet you exactly where you are.

As a white, fat-positive, queer, neurodivergent person, my lived experiences naturally inform my approach to therapy. I’m deeply committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space for all bodies, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Whoever you are and whatever you’re carrying, you are welcome here.

  • Narrative Therapy Techniques

Fun Facts

Relaxing for me is all about getting my brain out of planning and analysis mode and doing something that I love like reading, playing puzzle games, or spending time with friends!

I get way too excited about musical theater and musicals in general!

I love musical theater because I love being immersed in a story that requires a level of suspended disbelief.

Self-care for me is reading fiction books, exercising, going to therapy, spending time with friends, and giving myself grace and space to exist imperfectly.

I love learning about queer history and queer culture, psychology, and humans in general.

The best Saturday afternoon includes a healthy dose of sunshine and a good book or spending quality time with loved ones. Bonus points if there is a dog I can cuddle!
