I work great with...

  • For anyone ready to build self-esteem, manage urges, and transform harmful coping habits into healthier strategies for navigating emotions, let’s work together to create meaningful change.

  • The Food-and-Body Overthinker: If thoughts about food and your body consume too much of your energy, we’ll work on stepping back from unhelpful narratives, embracing self-acceptance, and creating a relationship with food rooted in your values.

  • Children and young adults struggling with food-related avoidant behaviors who want to feel more comfortable and confident around eating will find a compassionate, supportive space to grow.

  • If you’re looking to manage distress, regulate emotions, and create a values-driven life filled with meaning and joy—even when life feels hard—we’ll develop the tools to make that possible.

  • Young adults navigating the complexities of relationships—both with themselves and others—can discover how to cultivate deeper, more meaningful connections while staying true to their values and sense of self.

  • The Recovering People-Pleaser: It’s time to reconnect with your values, challenge unhelpful patterns, and learn how to say “yes” to yourself without guilt.

  • The Creative Soul with Big Feelings: If you’re highly sensitive, deeply introspective, and a little hard on yourself, we’ll create space to honor your emotions and move toward a life that feels rich, meaningful, and aligned with your creative spirit.

Style & Approach

My approach to therapy combines mindfulness, self-compassion, and a focus on meaningful change. I help clients develop a new relationship with their thoughts and emotions, enabling them to move forward in ways that align with their values and sense of purpose.

In our sessions, you’ll find a supportive and collaborative environment. I’m both compassionate and direct—meeting you where you are while gently encouraging growth. I believe therapy should be an engaging space where you feel understood and empowered to make choices that reflect your authentic self.

Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be holding you back, practice new ways of responding to challenges, and build tools for long-term emotional flexibility. My work is grounded in the belief that lasting change happens when we align with our values and learn to stay present, even during difficult times.

Some of the approaches I Use...

  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy

  • Person-Centered Therapy

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

  • Solution Focused Interventions

  • Meditation and Relaxation Techniques

  • Strength-Based Approaches

Fun Facts

My favorite outdoor activity is snowboarding.

I love live music because I love to dance. I find dancing is one of the best ways to be in the present moment.

Self-care for me is meditation, sunshine, journaling, talking with those I love, exploring new places, stopping to appreciate the Texas wildflowers.

My favorite Austin activity is being outdoors. Town Lake and Deep Eddy Pool are some of my ATX happy places.

For me, creativity is creating events that bring people together, dancing, making people laugh, baking and cooking.

I feel calm and content when I am running outside without my phone and in the present moment.

The best Saturday afternoon includes farmers market, tacos, running, napping and live music. I want to do it all!

I’m a total nerd about good coffee.

My favorite quote is… "As we work to create light for others, we naturally light our own way." - Mary Anne Radmacher
