I work great with...

  • People who feel like they always have to keep it together. If you're the strong one, the responsible one, or the one everyone turns to—I'm here for you. You deserve a space to fall apart a little without judgment.

Women who are tired of shrinking themselves. If you've been second-guessing your worth or playing small to make others comfortable, let's talk about how exhausting that is—and how to step into something bigger.

Folks wrestling with anxiety and emotional spirals. If your brain runs nonstop or your feelings feel too big, you're not alone. We'll work together to slow the spiral and build tools that help you feel grounded again.

Clients navigating identity and self-acceptance. Whether you're coming out, deconstructing beliefs, or just trying to figure out who you are—you deserve to be fully seen and supported.

People who are burned out from caring too much. If you feel stretched thin trying to care for others, meet expectations, or "do it right," we'll work on shifting from survival mode to something more sustainable.

Style & Approach

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real, human connection—where we can laugh, reflect, and be honest without fear of judgment. I don't believe in pretending to have all the answers, but I do believe in being present, curious, and fully on your side as we explore what's weighing you down or holding you back.

You can expect me to bring warmth, humor, and realness into our sessions. I try to create a space where you can finally exhale—where your feelings are valid, your struggles are safe to share, and your growth isn't rushed. I want you to leave feeling a little more understood and a little less alone.

My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner voice—the one that's been buried under doubt, pressure, or trying to please everyone else. You don't have to show up perfect here. You just have to show up.

Some of the approaches I Use...

  • Person-Centered Therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

  • Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Fun Facts

I love learning about psychology—understanding how our minds work never gets old to me.

Relaxing for me is all about riding my motorcycle. There's nothing like the feeling of the road clearing your head.

My favorite animal is the panda. Chill, cuddly, and a little clumsy—honestly, very relatable.

I feel calm and content when I'm hiking with my dogs. Nature and dog energy is my perfect combo.

Before pursuing therapy, I spent years in military service and construction—experiences that taught me resilience, problem-solving, and how to connect with people from all walks of life.
