I work great with...
Your brain has a million tabs open. You're juggling a dissertation, a side project, three group chats, and somehow still forgot to eat lunch. Let's work with how your mind actually works, not against it.
You've been called "a lot" your whole life. Too loud, too intense, too much. Here's the thing: you're not too much. You just need someone who won't ask you to turn down the volume.
You're in recovery or thinking about it. Whether you're sober-curious or years into your journey, I'll meet you wherever you are with zero judgment and real understanding.
Academia is slowly crushing your soul. The imposter syndrome, the isolation, the pressure to perform while your brain refuses to cooperate. I get it. Let's figure this out together.
You pick, pull, or bite and you're tired of the shame. Body-focused repetitive behaviors are more common than you think, and we can work on them without making you feel broken.
You're figuring out who you are. Gender, sexuality, spirituality, career, all of it. I love helping people explore identity without rushing toward answers.
You're grieving someone (or something) that mattered. A relationship, a pet, a version of yourself. Loss is loss, and you deserve space to feel it.
Style & Approach
You don't have to have it all figured out before you walk through my door. And you definitely don't have to tone yourself down.
I'm warm, a little funny, and genuinely curious about what makes you tick. Clients tell me I'm intuitive and easy to talk to, that sessions feel like a real conversation, not a lecture. I'll gently challenge you when it's helpful, and I'll celebrate your wins like they're my own (because honestly, they kind of are).
I believe healing happens in connection, not in perfection. Whether we're untangling anxiety, navigating recovery, or just figuring out why your brain does what it does, I'm here for the whole messy, beautiful process.
Oh, and you'll probably meet Lily. She's my dog, my office mate, and my unofficial assistant. She's sweet, hilarious, and has a gift for making people smile, even on hard days.

Fun Facts
Lily (my dog, my heart) and I spend most of our free time exploring Austin's trails. Lady Bird Lake for people-watching, the greenbelt for adventure, and any mountain we can find for that specific joy that makes me unreasonably excited.
Self-care for me looks like Sierra Ferrell or Silvana Estrada in my earbuds on a long walk, followed by ice cream, maybe a recovery meeting, and definitely True Crime later. Discovery Plus and Hulu are my happy places.
I'm endlessly curious about addiction recovery and different paths to sobriety. For creative recharge, I write, craft, meditate, and read everything I can find about tarot, manifesting, and Green Witch practices.
Education
Masters in Counseling at St. Edwards University
Bachelor’s of Science in Radio, Television and Film
Professional
Worked with Integral Care's Assertive Community Treatment Team (2014-2016), supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use disorders, and acute mental health challenges.
Spent two years in psychiatric hospital admissions in Austin (2016-2018).
Worked at a treatment center in Wimberley helping people recover from drug and alcohol addiction.
Volunteered for a year at Austin's Grief and Loss Center, leading groups for those grieving loved ones lost to cancer, suicide, or overdose.
Brought AA meetings to the Gatesville Women's Prison, leading recovery groups for incarcerated women. I wanted to bring hope to women whose lives had been shaped by addiction.
