I work great with...

  • College students, young adults, and adults who feel like they're "supposed" to have it figured out by now. If you're new to therapy and feeling nervous, that's completely okay. Whether you want to build confidence, strengthen emotional resilience, or better understand yourself, we'll move at a pace that feels steady and supportive.

  • Deep thinkers, sensitive souls, and creative dreamers who feel stuck or misunderstood. If you've ever been called "too much," "too emotional," or "too intense," this space is for you. We can explore anxiety, identity questions, existential spirals, or that quiet sense of "Who am I really?"

  • ADHD and neurodivergent adults. If you struggle with overwhelm, procrastination, emotional intensity, or feeling inconsistent despite your potential, we'll work with your brain — not against it. Together, we'll build systems, self-compassion, and regulation skills that actually fit how you operate.

  • People who grew up keeping the peace, over-functioning, or feeling responsible for everyone else's emotions. I get it. We can untangle those patterns together; working on boundaries, healing family-of-origin wounds, and building a stronger, steadier sense of self.

  • Not in crisis, but not quite fulfilled either? If you're tired of repeating the same patterns and want to feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with who you actually are, this is exactly the kind of growth-focused work I love.

Style & Approach

People often tell me I have a calming presence that makes it easier to open up, even about the things that feel messy, confusing, or hard to explain. My goal is to create a space where you feel deeply understood, not judged or "too much."

At the same time, I'm not just here to nod along. I'll gently challenge patterns that are keeping you stuck, whether that's people-pleasing, harsh self-talk, relationship dynamics, or feeling like you're always the misunderstood one. Together, we'll look at how past experiences, core beliefs, and even your nervous system responses might be shaping what's happening now.

From there, we focus on real change. That might mean building boundaries, learning how to regulate anxiety, untangling shame, or finally stepping into the version of yourself you've been wanting to become.

This is a space for growth, clarity, and becoming more of who you already are. Not because you're broken, but because you're ready for something more.

Fun Facts

My favorite animals? My two dogs: Maple, who looks just like Scrappy-Doo, and Mordecai — AKA Morty.

Self-care for me is playing video games in my perfectly lit living room, with just the right mix of lamps and candles.

I get way too excited about golf, although my enthusiasm may not match my skill level.

My favorite Austin activity is exploring coffee shops and soaking in all the unique vibes this city has to offer.

I feel calm and content when I'm outside in nature — especially in my favorite place: West Texas and Big Bend.
