I work great with people who...
who feel disconnected from their body and want to understand what it's trying to tell them. You're tired of living from the neck up and curious about what wisdom your body holds.
who know something needs to change but aren't sure where to start. You can feel that your current patterns aren't working, but the path forward feels unclear.
who are ready to get curious about their inner world. You want to understand why you react the way you do and discover what's really driving your choices.
who feel stuck in old ways of being that don't fit anymore. The person you've been doesn't match who you're becoming, and you're ready to explore what's next.
who want to create a life that actually feels like theirs. You're done going through the motions and want to build something that feels authentic and nourishing.
who sense there's more to healing than just talking about problems. You're curious about approaches that honor both your mind and body in the healing process.
Style & Approach
You already have everything you need inside you—sometimes you just need a safe space to rediscover it. My job isn't to fix you or tell you what to do; it's to walk alongside you as you figure out what feels right for your life.
Clients often tell me they appreciate how comfortable they feel being themselves in our sessions—all parts welcome, no performance required. I bring a curious, nonjudgmental presence to whatever you're navigating, whether that's big life transitions, relationship stuff, or just feeling stuck and not sure why.
I'm a big believer in trying things on for size rather than forcing what doesn't fit. Instead of giving you homework with deadlines, I offer ideas and tools you can experiment with if they feel helpful. You're the expert on your own life, and therapy works best when it feels collaborative rather than prescriptive.
As a queer, trans, neurodivergent person who's done my own work in therapy, I get how important it is to feel truly seen and accepted. My office is a place where your full identity is not just welcomed but celebrated. Whatever brings you here—big or small, clear or confusing—you belong.
Some of the approaches I Use...
Client-centered
Somatic techniques
Expressive arts
Sandtray
Gentle challenging
Internal Family Systems
Mindfulness
Self-compassion
Fun Facts
I'm completely obsessed with music from everywhere and love making playlists for people I care about—it's basically how I say "I love you."
My perfect evening involves cozy Switch games or getting lost in a good horror novel (bonus points if it's queer horror!).
I'm big on taking care of myself through therapy, crafting projects that may or may not turn out, journaling, being silly when possible, and getting in whatever body of water I can find.
You'll probably spot me at concerts, coffee shops, bookstores, or digging through thrift racks looking for treasure.
I turn into a complete superfan when the Women's National Soccer team is playing—fair warning!
