I work great with...

  • Navigating a major life change. Ending an unhealthy cycle, getting a fresh start in a new city, wanting a career shift? Transitions can feel overwhelming even when they're the right move. Together we'll work through the uncertainty and uncover the strengths you already have waiting on the other side.

  • Figuring out college life. College can feel like freedom and anxiety all at once. You're away from your built-in support system, asking big questions about who you are and what you want, and sometimes your world can feel surprisingly small. I'll help you open up those paths and navigate this chapter on your own terms.

  • Stuck in the loop of not feeling like enough. That inner critic running on repeat? I call it your bully. Together we'll slow things down, rewrite some of those old stories, and start moving toward something that feels a whole lot more like self-compassion.

  • Wanting deeper, more honest relationships. If you find yourself craving connection but not knowing how to let people in, or feeling confused or unsafe when things get close, we'll work on understanding your values, your patterns, and what vulnerability actually looks and feels like for you.

  • Carrying the weight of being a student athlete. Performing, studying, socializing, and still trying to figure out who you are? That's a lot. When everything is pulling at you, I'll help you slow down, get clear on what actually matters, and find your footing again.

Style & Approach

I believe healing happens in connection. Not perfect connection, not performative connection. Just two humans, side by side, with safety, respect, and honesty between them. No mask required. The therapy room is one of the few places where you get to just be you, and that's exactly where the real work begins.

I think about therapy like a track. Everyone out there is moving at their own pace, going their own direction. But in here, we're at the same part of the track together. We can run, walk, stop, or even go backwards. Whatever pace makes sense for you. You are the expert on your own life. You bring your experiences, your knowledge, your perspective. I bring tools, curiosity, and genuine investment in where you're headed. I'm both warm and direct, and I'll meet you exactly where you are.

Change is constant, and sitting with the uncomfortable parts of it is hard. My hope is that we can find some ease in that discomfort together, through humor, curiosity, and a lot of warmth. One step at a time. One lap at a time.

Some of the approaches I Use...

  • Person-Centered

  • Narrative Therapy

  • Solution-Focused Therapy

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Expressive Arts

  • Trauma-Informed Care

Fun Facts

For me, creativity is any form of self-expression that puts you in a state of flow. A doodle, a playlist, a poem, a painting. The outcome is beside the point.

My dog MoMo and I are always hunting for hidden trails around Austin. Spyglass, McKinney Roughs, Bull Creek. Her personal criteria: the muddier the water, the better.

The ideal Saturday involves a park, a book, good music, sunshine, and some combination of painting, volleyball, spike ball, or soccer. It ends with dinner and a movie on the couch. Non-negotiable.

My go-to comfort food is sancocho, a hearty Colombian stew with corn, yuca, plantains, potatoes, chicken, and rice. If I'm lucky, there's an arepa alongside it.

I can't start my day without a phone-free morning walk and the Wordle. In that order.
