I work great with...
Those struggling with anxiety or feeling constantly on edge
If your mind tends to jump ahead, replay the past, or won’t let you rest in the moment, it can feel like you’re never fully present. We will work together to slow that loop down and help your body and mind feel safer in real time.
People feeling worn down, numb, or emotionally drained
Sometimes it’s not a crisis, just a quiet exhaustion that simply won’t lift. We will take time to understand what has been weighing on you and find gentler ways to move through it together.
Couples and families stuck in the same cycles
When arguments repeat or silence begins to take over, it’s often more than the words being said… it’s the how, the tone, the body language. Together, we’ll look at what is underneath and work toward healthier, more supportive ways of communicating
Those struggling with an eating disorder or body image
If food or body image feels overwhelming or all-consuming, you don’t have to face that alone. We can work together to create more safety and compassion in how you relate to your body and to nutrition.
Individuals exploring identity, culture, and belonging
If questions about identity, culture, or belonging are coming up for you, therapy can be a place to slow down and reflect. I will make space to explore these experiences in a way that feels respectful and grounded.
Style & Approach
I believe that healing happens when you choose to come home to yourself. When life has taken you on unexpected turns that have felt hard or unfair, it’s easy to lose parts of yourself along the way that begin to feel out of reach. I am here to support you in finding your way back to you. As a systemic thinker, I believe our experiences and responses are shaped by the many systems that exist in our lives: family, relationships, culture, stress, past experiences, you name it. I don’t think you are a problem to fix, I see the understandable responses to what you have lived through. I want you to know that I see you and what you are feeling makes sense, even if it feels confusing or painful right now.
My approach is collaborative, gentle, and honest. I will meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels safe for you and your process. My absolute and main priority is to create a therapeutic space that feels supportive and grounded, where you can reconnect with yourself, your values, and what truly matters to you. You are not alone in this, we will work through it together.

Relaxing for me is all about: Letting myself rest and listening to what I need at that moment.

Self-care for me is: Being in my space and letting myself be. Some days it’s a fancy bubble bath; other days it’s falling asleep on the couch to my favorite show, a good movie cry, or catching up with the people I love… no rules, just what makes me happy!
For me, creativity is: Writing poetry, creating art, cooking, dancing, feeling, expressing
I feel calm and content: When I know I am being kind to myself.
