I work great with...
Anyone healing from difficult relationships or domestic violence. Whether you've been in an abusive relationship, felt trapped in patterns that hurt you, or are learning to trust yourself again, we'll work together to rebuild your sense of safety, self-worth, and connection so you can build lasting, fulfilling relationships.
People living with complex trauma. When the past shows up in your everyday life—in your relationships, your body, or your thoughts—it can feel exhausting. Together, we'll untangle those patterns, honor the parts of you that kept you going, and help you find steadiness again.
People navigating big life changes. Ending a long-term relationship, graduating college, moving to a new place—even good changes can stir up old fears and uncertainty. I'll walk alongside you as you adjust and create the next chapter on your terms.
Those struggling with attachment wounds. Maybe closeness feels scary, or maybe you cling to it so tightly you fear losing it. We'll explore how your past shaped the way you connect now, and work toward relationships that feel safe and fulfilling.
Style & Approach
I believe therapy works best when it's a genuine, collaborative relationship where you feel seen, understood, and respected. My goal is to create a space where all parts of you are welcome—even the ones you might not feel so comfortable with yet! Together, we'll explore the different parts of you, understand why they show up, and help them find more balance.
I believe healing happens through connection with others and with yourself. Many struggles come from feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or isolated, and therapy can be a place to rebuild trust in relationships and in your own voice. I bring warmth, humor, and curiosity into our work, because growth often happens when we can feel both safe and real with one another.
You can expect me to be warm, direct, and genuinely invested in your growth—willing to sit with the hard stuff while also finding moments of lightness. I don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach, and I'll work with you to find the style that works best for you.
Some of the approaches I Use...
Internal Family Systems (IFS) techniques
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Relational Cultural Therapy (RCT)
Person-Centered Therapy
Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT)
Motivational Interviewing
Fun Facts
I feel calm and content when I'm relaxing with my orange kitty, Juno! He's a crazy little dude who loves to occasionally make an appearance during virtual sessions.
I get way too excited about new music and movies! I love all genres of music and go to the movie theater at least once a week. Ethel Cain is my favorite artist and "Call Me By Your Name" is my favorite movie.
My favorite quote is "Tout comprendre, c'est tout pardonner" (to understand all is to forgive all). I have it tattooed on my arm!
I love learning about the universe! I grew up watching space documentaries and I'm fascinated by physics, black holes, and multiverse theories. It's such a trip!
Relaxing for me is all about taking time to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with myself after a busy day. Sushi, kitty cuddles, and binge-watching TV usually help me achieve this.
