I work great with...

  • Clients who want compassionate and direct feedback from a counselor who will talk back to them
  • People who are ready to heal the negative relationship with food and their body–let’s make food “no big deal”
  • Young adults figuring out their place in the world and the answers to all those tricky existential life questions
  • Clients who are curious about the impact their negative thoughts and narratives have on their relationships with others and themselves
  • Clients open to challenging old mindsets and learning new skills to help propel them towards their goals
  • Someone ready to start the process of unpacking their trauma and reconnect in a meaningful life that fits their values
  • Those who are tired of the ambiguous rules in relationships and want to learn how to set appropriate boundaries in all areas of their lives

Clients describe me as a provider who’s willing to meet them where they’re at. I’m here to make space for you to be yourself and not have to carry all the “hard stuff” alone. We’ll work together to make sure you’re living a life that reflects your values.

Fun Facts

My favorite outdoor activity is swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking–anything on the water.

I get way too excited about musical theater! I love going to Bass Concert Hall and seeing the touring Broadway musicals.

Self-care for me is going to the dog park, dancing, baking, or taking a bath.

My favorite Austin activity is walking Lady Bird Lake with a coffee.

The best Saturday afternoon includes a long nap before spending quality time with family and friends.

I’m a total nerd about Texas wildlife! I grew up on a creek in the Hill Country and most people don’t realize the amazing variety of wildlife we have in Texas.

My favorite quote is ”Great things are done by a series of small things brought together” –Vincent Van Gogh
