Fun Facts

My preferred outdoor activity in Austin is a weekly walk around Town Lake.

I get way too excited about trying new restaurants – I am a huge foodie and love all cuisines!

Self-care for me is honoring my three daily pillars: mindfulness, connection, and movement.

Some of my practices include journaling, quality time with friends and family, outdoor walks, and pilates.

I love learning about different cultures and countries. I am an avid traveler and enjoy exploring new places and revisiting my favorite cities. Italy is my favorite country!

For me, creativity is the freedom of self-expression and is highly therapeutic. Some ways I like to express my creativity are photography, writing, making music playlists, and cooking.

My life mantra is the stars shine brightest on a dark sky. For me this means that the moments of loss, frustration, or sorrow, allow us to feel a deeper sense of joy, purpose, and state of being.
