Sjoren Rimbey

Hey there! I’m Sjoren, a psychology student at UT Austin and an aspiring Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I care deeply about mental health, wellness, and personal growth, and I feel fortunate to be learning from—and giving back to—the team at Discovery Counseling. What draws me to this field is the opportunity to walk alongside others as they seek meaning, healing, and connection. We’re all part of the same human journey—learning, growing, and finding our way together.

Outside of school, I love yoga, being outdoors, and spending time with loved ones; Not to brag, but I can also hit a pretty impressive flow state scrolling through Facebook Marketplace or Instagram Reels. Pretty sure that’s basically mindfulness or something—breathe-in and scroll-out?
