I work great with...
LGBTQ+ folks navigating identity and belonging. Sorting through who you are, who you love, or how the people around you fit into that picture can be a lot to carry. Add family expectations or questions about where you truly belong, and it can feel like you're doing this in every direction at once. Together we'll create a space where you can breathe, reflect, and build real confidence in who you are.
Anyone whose emotions feel too big to manage. Worry that spins in the background all day. Feelings that arrive louder than you'd like. It's exhausting to feel like you're constantly bracing for the next wave. We'll work on understanding your patterns, building coping tools that actually fit your life, and helping you trust yourself to move through hard moments.
High-achieving professionals who are quietly running on empty. From the outside, things look fine. Maybe great. Inside, you're tired in a way sleep doesn't fix, and the drive that used to feel like a strength is starting to feel like a trap. This isn't about doing less. It's about finding a version of your life that doesn't require you to keep depleting yourself to sustain it.
People navigating big life transitions. New city, new job, ending of a relationship, becoming a parent, leaving a career. Even the good changes bring uncertainty and a lot of questions about who you are on the other side. Together we'll help you move through this season with more steadiness, self-compassion, and a clearer sense of what's next.
Adults carrying past trauma. Trauma can quietly shape how safe you feel in your body, how much you trust yourself, and how you show up with the people you love. Healing doesn't require rushing. Together we'll go at your pace, help you feel more at home in yourself again, and gently loosen what's been holding on.
Anyone who's tired of white-knuckling their way through life. You've been holding it together for a long time, and it's starting to cost more than it's worth. You don't have to figure this out alone. We'll slow things down, notice what's actually driving the exhaustion, and start building a life that feels sustainable and yours.
Style & Approach
Therapy should feel like a place where you can finally exhale. Whatever you're bringing in, whether you know exactly what it is or you just know something's off, you'll be met with warmth, honesty, and zero judgment. Real trust takes time to build, and there's no rush here. You'll set the pace.
The work draws from person-centered therapy, mindfulness, somatic practices, and trauma-informed care. It's tailored to fit you, not a template, and grounded in whatever your actual life looks like right now. It moves at a pace that feels doable, with plenty of room to slow down when something needs more time.
You'll have someone in your corner who's approachable, curious about your story, and quietly rooting for you. There's also a bit of the corporate world woven in here, and the perspective that comes with it: knowing firsthand that a life can look successful on paper and still feel heavy from the inside. Showing up for therapy is already one of the harder things a person does. You'll have company for the rest of the walk.
Some of the approaches I Use...
Person-Centered Therapy
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Trauma-Informed Care
Somatic Work
Fun Facts
I get way too excited about travel. Planning trips, wandering new places, and meeting people across different cultures is one of my favorite things. New Zealand and Alaska are near the top of the list so far.
I'm working my way through the 63 U.S. national parks one hike at a time. Glacier, Olympic, and Grand Tetons are current favorites.
My morning starts with a headphone-free walk along the lake trail, followed by an iced coffee with lavender and some music I actually want to hear.
Self-care for me is a mix of connecting with the people I love, moving my body through yoga or walking, sitting with a mindfulness practice, and letting rest count as productive.
