I work great with...

  • Adults navigating big life transitions. Maybe you're in the thick of new parenthood, watching your kids leave the nest, or in a stage of life that suddenly feels unfamiliar. The map you've been using doesn't quite fit anymore. Together we'll slow down, take stock of where you actually are, and start figuring out what you want this next chapter to look like.

  • Anyone tired of fighting their body. You've spent years trying to fix, shrink, or reshape something that was never really the problem. What if you could come home to your body instead? We'll work toward a relationship with yourself that doesn't require constant negotiation. One where rest is allowed and your worth isn't up for debate.

  • LGBTQIA2S+ folks figuring it out. Whether you're early in exploring your identity or just tired of explaining yourself everywhere you go, this is a space where you don't have to translate. You can show up as you are, ask the questions you're sitting with, and have someone in your corner while you sort through what feels true.

  • Anyone carrying anxiety, depression, or old wounds. It's exhausting to keep functioning while something heavy is running in the background. You don't have to keep white-knuckling through it. Together we'll make sense of where it comes from, and gently loosen its grip on your everyday life.

  • Women at any stage of the journey. Maybe you've spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you've lost track of who you are. Maybe the expectations on your time and energy have just gotten too loud. We'll make room for you here, the parts you love and the parts you've set aside, so you can start tuning back into what you actually need.

  • Partners who want to feel close again. Connection can fade quietly, even in good relationships. You miss each other, but the path back isn't obvious. We'll slow things down, learn how to actually hear each other, and find your way back to what drew you together in the first place.

Style & Approach

Healing begins the moment we stop believing that our pain makes us "too much" or "not enough." Shame tells us to hide, to shrink, to stay silent—but real healing happens when we let ourselves be seen, just as we are. When we loosen shame's grip, we make room for self-compassion, connection, and the truth that we were never broken to begin with.

In our work together, you don't have to perform, pretend, or have it all figured out. I show up as a real person—compassionate, curious, and honest—and I invite you to do the same. This is a space where all parts of you are welcome, even the messy or unsure ones, and where growth comes not from fixing yourself, but from getting to know yourself more deeply and truthfully.

My approach draws from my belief that we all have an innate wisdom about what we need to heal—sometimes we just need a safe, caring space to rediscover it. I've always wanted to be a therapist, inspired by Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle's caring, curious, and accepting approach. That's still how I work today: with genuine interest in your story and unwavering belief in your capacity for growth and healing.

Some of the approaches I Use...

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Mindfulness-Based Therapy

  • Person-Centered Therapy

  • Gottman Method (Level 1 Training in progress)

Fun Facts

The fastest way to my heart is a dog. Any dog. After that, sea turtles and owls have my full attention.

A perfect evening looks like candles lit, good music on, and a kitchen full of colorful Mediterranean ingredients I'm about to turn into something delicious.

I'll find any excuse to wander Central Market. The produce, the flowers, the smells, it's basically my happy place.

I believe in learning through doing. Travel, cooking, hiking, swimming, anything that stretches me in interesting ways.

My favorite things about Austin? Friendly people, nature within reach, and really good breakfast tacos.
