I work great with...
People trying to figure out relationships. Relationships can be the best part of your life and the thing keeping you up at 2am, sometimes in the same week. Maybe it's dating, or communication that keeps breaking down, or a pattern you can see clearly but can't seem to interrupt. We'll look at what keeps getting in the way and work toward connection that actually feels like you.
Anyone with questions about intimacy or sex they've never said out loud. Most people worry about oversharing here, so let's settle that now: there's no such thing as TMI in this room. Ask the question however it comes out, and use the words you actually use for it. What you'll get back is warmth and curiosity, never a flinch, and a much clearer sense of what you want.
People healing from trauma. It has a way of showing up everywhere, in how you see yourself, in how close you let people get, and in how you move through an ordinary Tuesday. There's no rushing this and no schedule you're behind on. We'll go at a pace that feels right for you, making room to process what happened while you build back a real sense of steadiness.
Young adults whose brains won't stop. Intrusive thoughts show up, the what-if spiral starts, and you check one more time just to be sure it's fine. Running that in the background all day while acting like everything's normal is exhausting. Together we'll figure out what's feeding the loop, get some practical tools in your hands, and help you trust your own judgment again.
Couples who love each other and keep missing each other. You both know this isn't really about the dishes. Somewhere along the way the conversation stopped working, and now it's easier to say nothing than to start it again. We'll slow down what actually happens between you and find language that lands, so you can stop bracing and start talking.
People who say yes when they mean no. Keeping the peace has a cost, and you've been paying it for a while now. You might not even know what you want anymore, because you got so good at reading everyone else's room first. We'll work on boundaries that hold and a sense of self that doesn't depend on everybody else being okay before you can be.
Style & Approach
Nothing you bring in here will be too personal, too much, or too small. That's the whole starting point. Whether you're stuck, overwhelmed, or just trying to understand yourself a little better, you'll have a place where you feel genuinely safe, heard, and accepted enough to say the real thing.
Growth doesn't mean becoming someone else. It means understanding yourself more deeply, setting down what stopped serving you a while ago, and building a life that matches your values. Together we'll notice the strengths you've stopped giving yourself credit for, name the patterns that keep repeating, and break the big goals into steps small enough to actually take. The work draws from acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative and person-centered approaches, and CBT, woven together based on what fits you.
You don't have to have anything figured out before you walk in, and nobody here is going to tell you who to be. You'll have someone alongside you who's genuinely curious about your story and confident that you can write the next part of it.
Some of the approaches I Use...
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Person-Centered Therapy
Narrative Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
