I work great with...

Anxiety and depression that have overstayed their welcome. Maybe it's the tight chest that shows up before the day even starts, or a flatness that makes ordinary things feel like too much effort. Either way, it takes energy that nobody around you sees you spending. We'll slow down enough to understand what's actually going on underneath, and build something steadier for you to stand on.

People at war with their own reflection. The inner critic gets a vote on what you wear, what you eat, and whether you show up at all, and social media hands it a megaphone. You've probably tried to logic your way out of it already and found that logic doesn't really touch it. We'll get curious about where that voice came from and start loosening its grip, so more of your life belongs to you again.

College students in the thick of the transition. You're in a new city with people you just met, and nobody's checking whether you got out of bed. College can be genuinely exciting and completely overwhelming in the same week, and you don't have to pretend otherwise. Together we'll sort out what's yours to carry and what you can set down, so these years feel more like yours.

Perfectionists who are tired. The bar keeps moving. You clear it, feel relieved for about four minutes, and then it's somewhere new, and rest starts to feel like slacking. We'll look at what that standard has been protecting you from and find out what "enough" could actually feel like.

Anyone in the middle of pregnancy or new parenthood. Every stage of this brings big feelings, and they rarely show up one at a time. You can be genuinely excited and quietly grieving the life you had before, sometimes in the same afternoon. Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, there's room here for all of it, so you can meet this season as yourself.

Anyone carrying a loss. Grief doesn't follow a schedule, and it looks different for every person, even two people grieving the same thing. There's no wrong way to feel it and no timeline you're behind on. You'll have space here to say the parts you've been editing out, without anyone flinching.

Style & Approach

You already know your life better than anyone else in the room does. That's not a nice thing to say, it's the actual starting point. Something is in the way right now, and the work is figuring out what. What you'll get here is genuine support, no judgment, and permission to say the whole thing out loud instead of the version you've rehearsed.

Together we'll go looking for whatever that something is. The work draws from person-centered and solution-focused therapy, with mindfulness and somatic work woven in when it's useful to check in with your body and not just your thoughts. Growth in this room isn't a straight line, and some of it is uncomfortable, which is normal. Showing up is the first step and it counts. The big goals take time, so small wins get celebrated as small wins, which is to say they get celebrated.

You won't get handed answers here, because nobody has yours but you. What you'll get is someone transparent, open, and willing to sit in the messy middle with you while you find them. It's a privilege to be in that chair.

Some of the approaches I Use...

  • Person-Centered Therapy

  • Solution-Focused Therapy

  • Mindfulness-Based Therapy

The best Saturday afternoon starts with friends and ends with reality TV.

Creativity for me is crafting, mostly sewing, embroidery, and cross stitch.

My favorite animal is my French bulldog, Ronnie. I love every animal, but Ronnie is my baby and has the funniest personality.

The quote I keep coming back to: "Let it be and let it go."
