I work great with...

  • Folks who’s anxiety or depression is running the show. You wake up and it's already there. Together we'll figure out what's actually happening underneath and build tools that work in real life, not just in theory.

  • Anyone who’s become their own harshest critic. If the voice in your head sounds more like a bully than a friend, I want to help you change that script. Not with toxic positivity. With real, compassionate self-understanding.

  • Kids or teenagers navigating big feelings. Things feel off at school, at home, or maybe both. You're still figuring out who you are, and it's a lot. I know how to make that feel less heavy.

  • Adults (and families) going through major life shifts. New job. Relationship ending. Family changing. When the ground moves under you, I'll help you find what you can hold onto and get clear on what's actually in your control.

Style & Approach

Here's what I believe: you already carry most of the answers you're looking for. My job is to help you find them.

I create a space that feels safe, honest, and judgment-free. One where you can say the thing you've been afraid to say. As a trained social worker, I don't just look at what's happening inside you. I look at the bigger picture too: the relationships, systems, and life circumstances that shape who you are. That whole-person lens changes everything.

My approach is strengths-based, which means I'm not focused on what's "wrong" with you. I'm focused on what's already there that you haven't fully seen yet. Together, we'll get clear on what you actually want and build a real path toward it. I tailor everything to fit you, because you are not a diagnosis or a checklist. Therapy isn't always easy, and I won't pretend it is. But I bring humor, creativity, and genuine warmth to the work. Most people leave our sessions feeling a little more clear, a little more connected, and a little more like themselves.

Some of the approaches I Use...

  • Person-Centered

  • Strengths-Based

  • Mindfulness-Based Therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Fun Facts

I can't start my day without cuddles from my dog, Walter. Non-negotiable.

Self-care for me means hot yoga, bubble baths, and getting my nails done. Yes, all three.

I'm a live music fan through and through. Austin is absolutely the right city for that.

I have a quote tattooed on my wrist: "This is water." It's from an essay by David Foster Wallace. The idea is that we get so stuck in our own heads that we stop noticing what's right in front of us. A daily reminder to slow down and pay attention. It also describes pretty much everything I love about therapy.

When I need comfort food, I'm going straight for Asian cuisine. Any of it. All of it.
