I work great with...
Young adults finding their footing. That stretch between who you were and who you're becoming can feel like a lot. Pressure from every direction, big questions about identity and relationships, and no clear map. You don't have to sort it out alone. Together we'll slow things down, make sense of what's going on, and build some real steadiness in who you're becoming.
People carrying the weight of past experiences. Sometimes old stuff shows up in ways that feel bigger than what's happening right now. Intense reactions, racing thoughts, or patterns that keep repeating. Using EMDR and other gentle approaches, we'll work with those experiences so they lose their grip. We move at a pace that feels safe, and the goal is real relief and a much fuller sense of being here, now.
LGBTQIA2S+ clients. You deserve a space where all of you gets to show up. Whether you're exploring identity, navigating relationships, working through the weight of discrimination or minority stress, or wanting support around gender-affirming care, this is a place to feel fully seen. We'll build self-understanding, self-compassion, and stronger connection, both with yourself and the communities you belong to.
Anyone navigating relationships (including the intimate, complicated parts). Closeness, trust, communication, intimacy, sex. These can get tangled, and talking about them isn't always easy. I offer a space to untangle the patterns that get in the way and try out new ways of connecting. The aim is relationships where you feel more known, more connected, and more like yourself.
Folks whose inner critic won't quit. If offering yourself the same kindness you extend to everyone else feels impossible, you're not alone. And it can shift. Together we'll build a more compassionate inner voice and a steadier sense of your own worth, one real conversation at a time.
Teens. Being a teen is a lot. Friendships, school, identity, family, social media, all of it. I offer a space where you can talk about whatever's actually on your mind with zero judgment. Together we'll figure out how to handle the hard stuff, build some confidence, and feel more like yourself.
Style & Approach
My approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection, not in isolation. I work to create a warm, inclusive, sex-positive space where you feel welcomed exactly as you are (which, for the record, is more than enough). Taking time to understand your world and how you see it matters to me. It's how our work stays meaningful and actually fits your life.
I draw from relational therapy and weave in tools from DBT, CBT, and mindfulness, plus somatic approaches that honor how experiences live in the body. Everything is trauma-informed. We'll move at a pace that feels safe and workable, building toward more resilience and connection as we go.
Think of me as your co-pilot. You're in the driver's seat with all the power and decision-making. I'm here to help fine-tune the radio, offer directions when they'd help, and follow your lead wherever you want to go.
Some of the approaches I Use...
Person-Centered Therapy
Relational-Cultural Therapy
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
EMDR (trained)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Fun Facts
I get way too excited about road trips to new national parks.
My go-to comfort food is anything Cajun. There's something special about a meal that connects you to your roots.
Self-care for me looks like cuddling with my cats, board game nights with friends, making a new pasta dish, and getting lost in a fantasy series.
My favorite outdoor activities are camping and looking through my telescope. Connecting with the earth and the stars is humbling in the best way (it makes my worries feel so much smaller).
